Copenhagen Theatre Circle (CTC) has been providing Copenhagen audiences with high-quality drama in English for nearly 40 years. We try to put on for the general public at least two and often more full-scale stage productions each year (see Previous productions). For these shows we need not only actors and directors but all sorts of people to build scenery, make costumes, sell tickets, run lighting and sound, and the hundred and one things that it takes to organize a public performance.

    We also organize theatre workshops, social activities, play readings and other events for our membership throughout the season (see Activities). And we publish a regular newsletter to keep our members informed of CTC activities and other theatrical events in English.

Membership

The season runs from October to September. Ordinary annual membership is kr. 250. If you are a student, a pensioner or unemployed you can join for kr. 125, while family membership (a couple and up to two children under 18) costs kr. 350.

    You can join by paying into the CTC's giro account, No. 736-0665, or bank account, No. (3336) 3121 025 078. Alternatively, you can send a cheque to the CTC at Postbox 188, 2800 Lyngby. However you choose to pay, please make sure you supply your personal details so that we know who you are.

The Committee

The Annual General Meeting of the CTC takes place in June of each year and, among other things, elects a Committee for the coming season. The current Committee looks like this:
